Dealership Sues Tesla, Town to Block Approval of Service Center

Hoffman Auto Group has asked Hartford Superior Court to set aside the town’s decision allowing Tesla's service center and showroom. Hoffman says the showroom violates Connecticut law prohibiting car manufacturers from sidestepping dealerships by selling directly to consumers, The Hartford Courant reports.

The vehicle itself has four seats and is around the size of a regular SUV. Until it extends its retractable wings, that is. Then it expands and can vertically take off and land. It is electrically powered and has a range of 250 miles, CleanTechnica reports.
