The chocolate zucchini pound cake shown above is one of my favorite zucchini recipes.  It's very moist and fudgy. It's made with four ingredients--our Fudgy Baby Cakes mix, eggs, oil, and zucchini.  That's it. The little chocolate chips are in the mix.  It's easy and you don't have to frost it.
