Ayurvedic practice

Dear Yogi,

In previous newsletters we introduced the fascinating world of Ayurveda and its wise approach to health. Ayurveda invites us to find harmony between all aspects of our being, as well as with our environment – the principle idea being that a life lived in harmony can help prevent health issues and promote happiness.

That’s why yoga pairs so well with Ayurveda: they both equip us with the tools to live well.

What is so beautiful about Ayurveda is that there’s no ‘one-size fits all’ approach – every person is unique at any given moment… which is why our yoga practice should also be tailored to our current stage in life, personality traits, tendencies, lifestyle, and circumstances.

Read more about how to adjust your yoga practice to your needs according to the Ayurvedic principles and try our suggested classes below.
