A series of class action lawsuits have been launched over a Fisher-Price sleeper which has been linked with the deaths of 32 babies.

More than 4.7 million Rock ‘n Play sleepers were recalled by toy giant Fisher-Price in April. The product is designed to allow infants to sleep at an incline. But it has been tied to a number of deadly infant incidents, leading to an eventual recall.

Now at least four class action lawsuits have been filed to seek justice for the victims and their families.

The lawsuits allege that the recall is completely inadequate, and does not even offer a refund to victims. It also states that Fisher-Price and ownership company Mattel Inc. lobbied against the recall.
