Baby Shark has become the first YouTube video to hit the 10 billion views mark, the video streaming platform confirmed to CNN.
The viral children's song, which was released in 2016 by South Korean educational company Pinkfong, took the world by storm in 2019, blowing up and even making its way onto music charts.
That's right, before we knew it, we had the (annoyingly) catchy tune setting up shop in our brains rent-free. Admit it, you're probably singing it right now.
"We are delighted to announce that our beloved Baby Shark has recorded another remarkable milestone," Pinkfong CEO Min-seok Kim said in a statement shared by Billboard.
