The Bachelor SA's Marc Buckner has found love with Namibian model Jo-Marie Harteveld.

Buckner confirmed to News24 that he is no longer single after posting an ad for Dr Oetker Ristorante's frozen pizzas in which he and Harteveld share a kiss before settling in for a movie night with their dogs, LuSi and Jacko, on Monday.

Sharing more about their love story, Buckner reveals he and Jo-Marie actually first met 12 years ago through the owner of Boss Models, which they had both belonged to.

"About 12 years ago, the owner of our agency that we were signed to, I'm still with Boss, and Jo was with Boss models as well, had some very nice things to say about me to Jo. And ever since then, I've been on her mind just a little bit in the back. And we stayed in contact. We were friends, hardly. But we'd met a couple of times and stayed in contact on social media just as friends."

Buckner shares that Harteveld returned to South Africa from Italy in March, and after their dogs, who go to the same doggie daycare, became friends, they met up and started spending time together.

REVIEW

"Banal feminist fantasy or powerful exploration of grief – Men may be either or both, but this audacious, crazed piece of cinema is guaranteed to divide audiences."
