Senior reporter Kelsey Borresen asked therapists about the bad habits they commonly see and how to work through them. This one in particular spoke to me: “They spend all their time before bed watching TV.” Ack, guilty as charged. Good thing I have this advice at my fingertips to help break the cycle.
