There are really only two types of cookies here: Strawberry Sugar Cookies and Chocolate Shortbread Cookies.
The sugar cookies are filled with strawberry jam. Red food coloring and strawberry flavoring are added to the dough. The shortbread cookies are made with our mix with frosting added.
Both cookies are partially dipped in melted frosting. (Place the frosting in the microwave and heat just until it is warm enough for dipping.) |
