A Message From the Editor

Good Morning! Paul Weiss saw two more partners and several associates leave on Monday in the wake of the firm's deal with President Trump. Baker McKenzie has elected a new chair to succeed Milton Cheng, who steps down in October. More firms are creating nonequity tiers to their partnership, and they're not just U.S. firms. And a big copyright lawsuit that could have widespread ramifications involving the training of AI has gotten underway in London.
