Happy Monday, Baltimore. I have a question for all the civic tech aficionados out there: What's a technology you believe the government should implement? And what's tech government should steer clear of?

 

When it come to the MiamiCoins and NYCCoins of the world, there's a question of who benefits. On the other hand, there are plenty of efficiencies in the private sector that could make the average citizen's life easier.
