| | Capture the crab There may be a crab shortage, but digital versions of the state's favorite crustaceans are popping up on phones inside restaurants this summer. With the Great Old Bay Crab Hunt, the famed spice brand Old Bay is turning to immersive technology as it challenges Baltimoreans to find a crab hidden "in" a local landmark. It involves everyone's favorite old-is-new-again tech: the QR code. Plus, it brings back the same type of augmented reality technology that caught fire with Pokemon Go. To top it off, there's a chance to win an escooter for folks who find the crab. Check out more here, and happy crabbing. —Stephen Babcock, assistant editor, Technical.ly (stephen@technical.ly) | | | Top Stories | By The 23-member group is also exploring how existing workforces can train for future jobs.
