Settlement reached in whistleblower claim

Medical equipment manufacturer ResMed Corp. was accused of violating the False Claims Act by paying kickbacks to suppliers, sleep labs and other health care providers. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in South Carolina assisted in the settlement.

USC School of Law to hold ransomware training
