Smoked Certified Angus beef brisket with a bourbon-molasses glaze and Texas style smoked sausage

At 6:00 PM, the local band Hood’s Creek takes the stage featuring CAM Café’s  Chef Chip Pridgen on guitar. Rock the evening away to songs from Tom Petty to the Beatles and back again as they serve all your favorite Classic Rock anthems.

Thomas Sayre offering an opportunity to enjoy both art and food, an experience for both the palate and the soul.


The event begins with an exclusive tour of Thomas Sayre: Four Walls, led by Executive Director Heather Wilson. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a culinary experience curated by Chef Chip Pridgen, with a menu inspired by the themes and aesthetics of Sayre’s work. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wine, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and artistic expression.
