By KELLY P. KISSEL | Metro editor There's renewed outrage today in Baton Rouge today as a toddler was shot dead in their bed overnight. The mayor-president put out a statement this morning calling for a "Week of Peace" in the city starting on Good Friday. Mayor-President Sharon Weston Broome also urged anyone to step out and share information with police. "Someone in our community knows who is responsible and they must come forward," she said. There's a chance of bad weather in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas this afternoon. While the weather is expected to rougher up near Vicksburg and Memphis, southern Louisiana could see heavy rains and possibly hail or even a tornado. Stay aware.
