Dear achternaam

Library in friendly school in Tra Vinh province – Partage Vietnam

BBGV IN THE COMMUNITY

BBGV would like to thank our members, friends and sponsors who helped us to raise 1.5 billion VND in 2016/17 for charity. The main fundraising activities were the Charity Fun Runs, and Inter-Company Football Tournaments in both HCMC and Hanoi as well as the Hanoi Christmas party and the Mad Hatters Charity Ball in Ho Chi Minh City.

In 2016/17 BBGV was pleased to support many charities including:
»» Operation Smile Vietnam - ‘Give smiles – Save lives’
»» Christina Noble Children’s Foundation - “Medical assistance programme”
»» Saigon Children’s Charity - “University/College Scholarships for 12 young people”
»» Dat Viet Charity Association – “Support Ben San leprosy centre and children in Binh Duong”
»» Huong La Centre – “Upgrading the bathroom, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure at Huong La Centre in Bac Ninh”
»» Partage Vietnam - “Library in friendly school in Tra Vinh province”
»» Save The Children International – ‘’Emergency relief for people affected by the floods in Central Region’’
»» Newborns Vietnam Charity

We are planning to raise even more money for charity in 2017/18 and with your support we will achieve this. We look forward to further reporting on what the BBGV has achieved in the community and how we have helped to improve the lives of some of the least fortunate members of society.

The 2017 BBGV Charity Fun Run is due to take place on the 24th September so if you want to assist in this valuable fundraising why not take part or bring a team. We will be publishing details of registration here very soon. Sponsorship details can be found here.

BBGV welcomes applications for funding for local charitable organisations with specific projects where our support can make a clearly defined impact. The Board reviews all applications and allocates funds on a basis of need and funds available.

To apply for a grant: please fill out the application form from our website http://bbgv.org/charity/charity-policy/charity-application-form/ . The application form is available in both English and Vietnamese.
