British Business Group Vietnam
Dear achternaam,

Vietnam has a GDP growth of 7.08 percent in 2018 retained its status as one of the best performing economies in the world. It was the highest growth the country has experienced since 2008 and compared with the median estimate of 6.9 percent in a Bloomberg survey of 12 economists.

This quick surge in individual wealth contributes to an increase of new developments and a boost in property prices. According to World Bank, 70% of Vietnam’s population is considered economically secure, with around 1.5 million Vietnamese people join the global middle-class every year. This quick rise in a country with 95 million people will inevitably increase the demand for real estate.

To provide a completed update on the Real estate market, the BBGV and HKBAV would like to invite you coming to the luncheon on Vietnam Real Estate, where it is at & where it is going? 2019 Update
