CALLING SPONSORSHIP FOR BBGV 19TH FUN RUN FOR CHARITY IN HCMC
It is time for the BBGV Annual Fun Run for Charity again. This annual event allows you to have fun with your co-workers, friends and family and also participate in an event which raises much needed funding for disadvantaged people throughout Vietnam.
Since the first Fun Run which took place in 2000 the BBGV has raised more than VND11 billion to benefit charities throughout Vietnam. Over the years, more than 100,000 people have taken part in this exciting high profile event. This year the BBGV Fun Run will be held on Sunday 29th September in Phu My Hung. We expect around 11,000 runners to take part again and our aim is to raise VND1 billion that will support charitable Vietnamese causes. In order to meet this goal, we are asking for sponsorship from local businesses. By giving/taking part in this annual event you’ll be providing your staff with a great team building opportunity and also most importantly, helping BBGV to assist the most disadvantaged in the local community as well. The BBGV contributes to projects which cover a wide range of charitable fields. We give priority to projects which meet the needs of disadvantaged children and the elderly and also to projects that have an educational dimension. The most recent projects we supported were Hue Help with their Swimming class in Soc Son Hanoi and Scholarships for school girls in Hau Giang with Bong Sen Centre for Community Development, for all projects we have supported please click here for more details.
