BCAM and the Faculty of Informatics of the UPV/EHU have signed an agreement to launch a joint research space in Donostia

This space will promote teaching, research and collaborative innovation, encouraging joint training, research, development and innovation programmes. The classroom will allow the students of the faculty to be initiated in the world of research and to know the work of an international center of excellence while carrying out their end of degree/master thesis.
The 2020 ERCOM meeting will take place at BCAM at the end of the month

ERCOM is a committee under the European Mathematical Society consisting of Directors of 27 European Mathematical Research Centers. This committee meets yearly to comment on the situation of mathematics in Europe, to seek synergies and to establish common strategies. The 2020 meeting will be held in Bilbao and will focus on promoting the training of researchers.
