I was raised to be positive. My childhood was marked by opportunities to be positive no matter what was happening. I remember as a seventh grader craving sleep on Sunday morning after staying up late on Saturday night. Dad came in to wake me up at 7:00 a.m. to get ready for Church. Rubbing the sleep out of my eyes I asked him, “Dad, do I have to go to Church?” He looked at me and smiled and said, “No son, you GET to go to Church.”
