Bay Path University is proud to announce our newest graduate program, a fully online, EdD in Higher Education Leadership & Organizational Studies Developed by our Provost, Dr. Melissa Morriss-Olson, it is the first in the country to prepare graduates with the skill-set and mindset to address both the technical and adaptive challenges in the industry. Thus, creating leaders who will be able to distinguish between these two approaches and apply the most appropriate change solution according to the context.


The curriculum will serve future presidents, provosts, deans, faculty, and other administrative officers with the initiative and capabilities to transform their higher learning institutions into responsive, nimble, and resilient institutions.
