Have you ever felt intimidated at the thought of trying to cook something new?
It seems Meg Walter has, as she explained in a column about her experience shopping at H Mart, an Asian supermarket chain in West Jordan.
"Aside from a bit of a dustup when my daughter tried to convince me she needed a live lobster to keep as a pet, we had an exceptionally lovely time exploring the store, reading every label, dreaming of the food we might make in the future.
"...now I know that H Mart is for everyone, poseur or not," Walter writes.
Behind Trump’s Utah fundraiser, a slate of old — and new — MAGA faithful
In 2016, when Donald Trump first ran for president, Utah was known as Trump’s most resistant red state.
When Trump returns to Utah for a fundraiser Saturday, event organizers want that to be a distant memory.
Much of the top political brass from Utah and other Western states will be represented at the event Saturday. Expected attendees include Matt Whitaker, the former acting U.S. attorney general; Ken Paxton, the Texas attorney general; and radio personality Glenn Beck, who will act as the event’s emcee and introduce Trump.

A new hotel is proposed for Utah Olympic Park to help keep up venues that will be used for the 2034 Winter Games.
“It’s going to be a three-star hotel geared toward families and visitors to what we offer up here, but also guests (going) into Park City as well,” said Colin Hilton, president and CEO of the nonprofit Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation that owns and operates the 400-acre site used for training and recreation as well as competition.
Here's what we know about the proposed hotel:
More than six acres of the Utah Olympic Park in Park City may be leased to build a hotel.
Architectural renderings show a nearly 270,000-square-foot hotel.
The renderings include 120 rooms wrapping around the park's popular freestyle training pool and jumps where skiers and snowboarders practice their aerial skills in warm weather.
It will take at least two years to build the hotel, according to a principal in the Salt Lake City-based Utah Development and Construction hired by the foundation in 2016.
