2017 marks the 3rd year of the Best of The Seacoast program, powered by Seacoast Media Group. To celebrate this anniversary, we are making some updates to our look and to our platform as well. We hope these changes will offer more to the residents of The Seacoast and to our valued advertising partners. Below are a few of the changes planned for 2017, and please note that the âNominate Your Favorite Businessâ Round will open on May 15, 2017â¦so be sure to mark your calendars and get the word out to all of your friends, family and FANS!
1. New logo, new name - Best of The Seacoast - for improved identity, but the same GREAT HONOR for you!
2. This is really exciting! We will be celebrating all the nominees and announcing the winners LIVE at our first annual Best of The Seacoast Gala event. More details to come on this, but tickets and tables will be available for purchase -- think of this as The Seacoastâs Emmys!
3. Best of The Seacoast will live on throughout the year! We will use the BOTS data collected during the program for additional exposure for our nominees and winners, outside of the normal BOTS season. For example, this could include âTop 3 places to eat a burger,â and weâll be featuring this content on both seacoastonline.com and fosters.com throughout the year.
As always, these awards are voted on by your peers, neighbors, friends and family. Seacoast Media Group can not, and will not, affect the outcome of the Best of The Seacoast voting process.
