Hi Friends!

We hope fall is treating you well. Here in the Northwest, autumn is really starting to kick into gear and nights are getting longer and cooler. We're still enjoying some sunny days, but we find ourselves reaching for our puffy jackets, rain boots, and headlamps more often as we stay active and connected to the outdoors.

Meanwhile, we've been chipping away at some new gear guides for you, including a list of the Best Pocket Knives on the market. We put a ton of hard work into it and we think you're going to dig it!

As always, thanks for following along and hit us up on social media.

How to wash your rain jacket
How to Wash a Rain Jacket & Pants
If you’ve ever been caught in a backcountry downpour, you know how important it is to have high-quality rain gear functioning at its full potential. Being cold and wet in the wilderness is not only extremely uncomfortable, it's also incredibly dangerous. Luckily, caring for rain gear is a simple task.
10 Best Down Jackets
It’s all too easy for us fur-less, featherless humans to start to feel like popsicles when we venture out into the cold. Thankfully, down jackets exist so we can spend time in the chilly outdoors in relative comfort. Down and synthetic jackets are lightweight, packable, and highly efficient at trapping body heat.
GEAR PICK OF THE WEEK
Solo Stove Lite and Pot 900
Solo Stove Lite, Campfire & Bonfire
Backpacking & Camping Stoves

Whether you're backpacking, car camping, or just hangin' in the backyard, sometimes evening just doesn’t feel complete without a fire, which is why we love Solo Stove. All three sizes, the Lite (backpacking), Campfire (car camping), and Bonfire (camping, RV, or home use) are gasifier stoves that create hot, efficient, and nearly smoke-free fires that don't scorch the ground. These stoves are super easy to start and they keep burning with only twigs and small pieces of wood that you can find laying around in most campsites. They work great for cooking simple one-pot meals too. If you’re like us though, you’ll enjoy keeping the fire burning for entertainment long after you’ve finished your meal. We love gathering around our Solo Stoves to warm our hands and watch the mesmerizing flames on leisurely trips.
