Best Stop already planning an expansion to its distrubtion center

BY ADAM DAIGLE | Staff writer

Welcome back, Acadiana Business newsletter readers, to the most Mondayest Tuesday of the year. It's time for headlines. Let's get down and funky.

I had a good conversation last week with the owners of The Best Stop in Scott about the expansion that is planned for next year at their distribution center. We wrote about that four years ago and how the chldren of the original owners were taking the popular supermarket to another level with plans to wholesale and franchise.

Already they are moving with an expansion.

There are four franchised locations now but more are planned for the Houston market. Because displaced Cajuns still love their boudin and cracklins.

You can read the story here.

Have a great day and thanks for reading.
