And I plan to take full advantage. I’m skipping the gym and taking my sweat session outside today. I’m heading over to a popular walking trail that has spectacular views of the city and beaches. I plan to employ some of the walking tips featured in today’s Health & Wellness story -- increasing cadence and intensity -- as I enjoy the fresh air and my audiobook.

What about you? How are you managing your health and fitness these days? As I work to improve my blood sugar and blood pressure numbers, I’m always hunting for new exercise ideas. I’d love to hear what works for you. Talk to me!
