Good morning,

BHP boss Mike Henry has criticised Queensland as an investment destination , putting newly elected Premier David Crisafulli on notice that the mining giant will seek changes to the former Labor government’s super-profits coal royalties scheme.

Meanwhile, award-winning architect Rob Mills and his firm are the subject of bullying allegations made by a staff architect and a hot mic recording reveals she was allegedly performance-managed out of her role before making claims about workplace issues.

And Qantas has launched legal action against a former senior pilot who is alleged to have stolen confidential information about the airline’s fleet and commercial strategy before resigning to work for arch rival Virgin Australia.
