Just three-and-a-half years after Will Arnett bought a then brand-new Beverly Hills home, the "Arrested Development" star and busy voiceover actor has returned the 10,300-square-foot customized mansion to the market at $22.5 million, a $6.1 million profit over the $16.4 million he paid. The six-bedroom modern farmhouse-style Benedict Canyon abode has several disappearing walls of glass that unite the organically contemporary interiors with the hedge-privatized backyard. Other highlights include a screening room, a gym with a steam shower, and a soundproof recording studio. And in Northern California's Bay Area picturesque suburb of Lafayette, a 10-acre estate secluded among rolling hills, with a stately residence designed for a corporate CEO in collaboration with his private security team, puts one in commutable proximity to San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
