Former Vice President Joe Biden captured nine states on Super Tuesday helping give stock futures a boost. The World Bank is also providing $12 billion to low-income countries dealing with the health and economic impacts of the coronavirus. Dow futures tacked on around 500 points as of 5:00 am. ET.
