Our current seasonal specials are:

• Taquitos Fundidos: Crispy taquitos filled with potatoes, chorizo, onions, and poblano peppers, served with chorizo queso sauce and salsa fresca.
• Gyro Salad: Romaine lettuce, red onions, house-made vegan feta cheese, pita crisps, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, gyro seitan, tossed with our own tzatziki dressing.
• Golden Fillet: Lightly breaded tofu fillet, topped with coleslaw and tartar sauce, served on a ciabatta bun. Comes with your choice of side.
• Tofu Marsala: Breaded tofu fillet and mashed potatoes topped with Marsala mushroom sauce. Served with sauteed green beans and julienned carrot.
• South by Southwest: Blackened rubbed tempeh, Chinese broccoli, Cajun lentils, mashed potato, and poblano pinto sauce. GF

New: the tempeh used in our recipes is now gluten free!

There are several ways gluten can be incorporated into tempeh. One is if gluten grains are incorporated along with the soybeans. The other is if the fermentation process uses a vinegar that is not gluten free. Happily, we've finally found a source for gluten free tempeh. 

Note: While our tempeh is now gluten free, our kitchens are still small. We do use a shared fryer and work space at both locations.
