Big change at Ochsner: The CEO of Ochsner Health System is stepping down, the nonprofit hospital system said this morning. Warner Thomas, who oversaw Ochsner’s aggressive expansion over the past decade, is joining a California-based hospital network. Stephanie Riegel has the latest on the changes at Ochsner. Tesla and Louisiana: Tesla is eyeing Louisiana or Texas as the potential site for a lithium refinery to bolster its battery production efforts. The company has said it’s considering a site in Corpus Christi, Texas, and is also evaluating a competing site in Louisiana. Louisiana economic development types are being tight-lipped. Stay tuned.
