We've long considered these the best desserts of the summer! They're like ice cream pies that you make yourself. They're made with frozen juice concentrates from your grocer's juice case. You'll find an array of juices. Try Black Cherry, Guava, and Mango but they all make great desserts. They're made in a springform pan like a cheesecake. But since you don't have to bake them, they're much simpler than making a cheesecake--and cool and refreshing.
