Good Morning. Big Law lost out on handling most of the U.S. IPOs that came from Asia-based issuers in 2024, as much of the work went to U.S. firms that have long focused on small-to-midsized deals. We also tell you about a South African law firm that is under investigation after a judge found it had cited AI-generated cases that did not exist.
