We’re launching pickups today! Yay! After working hard to figure out safe distancing logistics within our two restaurants, we have started a pickup option today. PLEASE read our FAQ below for how this will work so that we may keep everyone as safe as possible. We’re relying on our customers as much as our staff to abide by the current guidelines so everyone is safe and feels safe. We’d also like to thank you all for your dedication to ordering delivery under the current Stay-at-Home order. We very much appreciate all your support. Pickup & Delivery FAQs How do I order a pickup vs. delivery? You will still need to use the Caviar app for ordering pickup. Just select Pickup as your order type instead of Delivery. We are not taking phone orders at this time. Is this a curbside pickup? No. And you will enter the restaurant location from which you placed your order. So, how exactly will pickup work if we all have to stand 6-feet apart? We actually have a system that’s been working really well with our Caviar drivers, and we’re confident that it will work well for pickups: Inside each of our restaurants, we have tables set up at the front and have also marked areas for customers to stand until your order is called. Please follow social distancing guidelines and stay behind the marked area until your order is called. Our staff will then step back from the table giving you space to retrieve your order. What if there is not room for me to stand at the required social distance inside the restaurant? To prevent bottlenecks in the restaurant, we are scheduling pickup orders a few minutes apart so that there aren’t too many people inside at once. Your Caviar app will list the time your order will be ready. PLEASE do not enter the restaurants before your allotted time. You may choose to wait outside on the sidewalk at a safe distance from others or in your car until your allotted pickup time. Can I still order delivery if I don’t want to leave my house? Yes. Caviar has been working hard to ramp up their service to meet the incredible increased demand. But delivery is limited in range UP TO 10 miles within Chicago only and also depends on driver availability, routes, etc. What are the hours again? Pickup and delivery orders from our main menu and catering options between 12:00pm and 8:00pm daily. Our brunch items are available from 12:00pm to 3:00pm daily. Will we be able to order shakes via Caviar? Yes. Shakes are back on the menu! Can I buy a quart of Gyro-style seitan, a pint of your Ranch dressing, or a whole cake from the catering menu? We’ve added a few items from our catering menu’s deli and cakes sections to the Caviar pickup and delivery menu. This is awesome for those of you who want to stock up on fixins for weekly meals.
