S&WB funding: New Orleans City Council members grew concerned about funding for a $300 million Sewerage and Water Board power complex after Mayor LaToya Cantrell told Gov. Jeff Landry that she didn't know where money for the local match would come from, an apparent attempt to pressure the state pitch in. Now council members are pushing Cantrell to come up with additional funding — and quickly. Ben Myers has the story.
