After the state Supreme Court narrowed the application of the Fair Share Act, the minority chair of the House Judiciary Committee has introduced a bill to undo those rulings. But, court insiders in Pennsylvania think the bill will face big challenges. Our first story from Aleeza Furman has details. Also, a marketing blunder from the Pa.
