Demand and billing rates are up, and according to a new survey, they have played a big role in fueling large revenue gains compared to the same time period last year. Our first item has more. Also, a western Pennsylvania jury has awarded $7 million for a delayed cancer diagnosis, and attorneys say the cause of action underlying the case - negligent supervision - appears to be on the rise.
