The week's biggest real estate stories. Mainland Chinese billionaire Tianqiao Chen has paid $25 million for USC's presidential mansion in San Marino, which marks the first time the property's been sold since its 1934 build. Chen has a thing for historic buildings - he's also owns the Vanderbilt Mansion in New York City and a 1930s Tudor-style estate in Northern California's Silicon Valley. Elsewhere, the Russian-born German superstar producer known as Zedd wants $26.5 million for his shopping mall-sized estate in the mountains above Beverly Hills. |
