Good evening,

Good evening,

We’ve flushed out one of the big IPO candidates for 2021!

Blackstone’s real estate team has bankered up to sell a bunch of Australian warehouses with more than 1 million square metres of storage space.

The warehouses will be pitched to potential buyers early in the new year, at the same time as its bankers take it to equity investors for a potential IPO.

While it’s early days, we’re told to think about a $1 billion-plus raising and a valuation of much more.

Elsewhere, we check into the WestConnex auction roadshow and Geopacific's hunt for $130 million.

Happy reading,
