We are delighted to share that our Blueberry Wheat is back on tap and in shiny new cans for the first time!

This beauty was fruited with 25 pounds per barrel of real blueberries. We opted to not use purée or extracts because we believe there is no substitute for the flavors that whole fruit contributes to the finished beer.

The resulting beer pours a vibrant reddish purple with a light pink head that is bursting with aromas and flavors of freshly baked blueberry pie. A soft, creamy mouthfeel leads to a slightly tannic, dry finish making this 4.6% fruited wheat ale a true crusher.

We are proud reintroduce Ethereal. We took the same Ginger Peach Herbal Tea from 27 Teas in Candia, NH and added it to an amplified golden sour base.

Ethereal volume two used a different yeast that better accentuated the tasting notes of the tea and caused the flavors to really pop. The sensory on this beer is like drinking a ginger peach tea spritzer that was designed for the Summer.

The tea used in this beer is naturally caffeine-free and contains ginger, peach, lemon balm, rose petals, and chamomile. Available now on tap for pours only and in bottles to go.

On a personal note, this is my favorite tea of all time and words couldn’t do justice to how wonderful it is to have a new iteration of sour beer with this tea for the Summer.
