The data also show that 62% of recruiters are confident potential hires have the skills they seek, while only 39% of students felt "very prepared" for the workforce.

Mont. limits when firefighter workers' comp claims can be denied
A Montana law set to take effect in July will require that workers' compensation claims be presumed valid if filed by firefighters with four to 15 years of service since 2014, with the number of years varying based on illness. Claims can be denied only in cases where insurers can demonstrate that exposure to smoke or particles was insufficient to cause an illness, according to the law.
