Bomb threats disrupt school statewide

Schools throughout Louisiana got bomb threats on Monday. Different districts responded in different ways; some put schools on lockdown, others started late and others canceled classes entirely.

It's not yet publicly clear who made the threats or why, but it caused serious problems from Grant Parish down to Livingston. 


Okay, that is officially a dinosaur. After a seven-hour battle, a team in Mississippi hauled in an alligator that was more than 14 feet long and weighed more than 800 pounds.
