The Savoury Menu

Savoury bites include madeleines topped with lapsang-souchong glazed salmon and pickled fennel, bitesize canelés with goats cheese and pickled beetroots, and of course, Lily's signature puff pastry sausage roll made with Cornish sausage meat, roast bacon lardons and a cider vinegar deglaze.

Sweet Treats

Lily Vanilli's treats include pink lemonade tart served with elderflower jelly; sticky toffee pudding with custard and salt caramel; and a rich, dark chocolate sponge cake. Warm scones are brought to the table, with salted whipped butter, cream and homemade jam. Gluten-free, vegan and children's versions are available on request.

Pick from a selection of Rare Tea Company blends, from the familiar Regency Breakfast Tea to the more exotic Sri Lankan Lemongrass. Alternatively, upgrade your booking for a glass of Nyetimber, Tattinger Brut Reserve or Tattinger Prestige Brut Rosé, or some refreshing punch.
