Boomers Working for Change

Blame it on the Boomers. That seems to be the gist of a lot of critiques of the church these days. Whether it’s criticizing the mega church movement or analyzing the defection of the younger generation, a lot of the blame gets laid at the feet of those born between 1946 and 1964.

While it’s true that this generation played a large role in creating the church culture of today, not all the changes they brought about were bad. And, as Michelle Van Loon argues in his article, some of them are fighting to change the unhealthy culture they helped create. Read: Christian Boomers Like Me Want Change Too.
