More Goodtaste This Weekend!
This weekend, Goodtaste heads west to New Mexico for a chile pepper feast at a 60-year-old Mexican restaurant. The chicken-fried chile relleno and queso-smothered fajitas will blow you away! Tanji’s Wine Finds
This week Tanji has a surprising wine from one of Bordeaux’s legendary houses, but…it isn’t red! The Château Lafite Rothschild Legende Bordeaux Blanc ($16) tastes of lemon and grapefruit with notes of honey. It’s great all by itself, but also pairs well with light seafood and nicely compliments rich, creamy dishes like risotto. Pick it up now at HEB and don’t miss Tanji’s other finds in episode 6!

DIY: Kenny & Ziggy’s Blintzes
Have you ever made blintzes at home? They’re easier than you think! The thin, crepe-like pancakes are filled with a creamy ricotta filling and can be topped with whatever fresh fruit you can get your hands on. This dish is a favorite at Kenny and Ziggy’s in Houston and we have their recipe HERE.
