In 2013, not long after reality TV star turned low-calorie booze tycoon Bethenny Frankel sold her Skinnygirl brand for an estimated $100 million in 2011, she scooped up a home in the Hamptons (and the smaller house next door) that she’s returned to the market for a sliver under $6 million. The 1.4-acre Bridgehampton spread sits behind gates, bordering a 40-acre farm field. The shingle-clad main house is modestly sized and complemented by manicured landscaping, a pool and pool house, and a separate and self-contained guesthouse. And in Los Angeles, Falling in Reverse lead singer Ronnie Radke has plunked down $9 million for a wood-clad barnhouse set on a high plateau in the Hollywood Hills with electrifying views that extend all the way from the Griffith Observatory and the downtown skyline to the Pacific Ocean.
