The government has unveiled a new loan scheme which will allow small to medium sized businesses to borrow between £2,000 and £50,000 and access the cash within days. The loans will be interest free for the first 12 months with loan terms up to 6 years. The government is working with lenders to agree a low rate of interest for the remaining period of the loan. Applications will be accepted from 4th May. |
