The week's biggest real estate stories.
Property records reveal Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles home of nearly 30 years sold for exactly $33 million – much lower than the $39 million that was widely reported, but still a record-breaking sum for the neighborhood. The buyer is J. Paul Getty’s granddaughter Aileen Getty, who now presides over an estate compound encompassing five separate houses with five different addresses, plus two swimming pools and a skate park. And on the other side of town, “Top Gun: Maverick” star Miles Teller has swooped into Pacific Palisades, where he’s landed a post Cape Cod-style spread. |
