In America, the government does not have unlimited powers. It works for the People and is bound by the Constitution.
In September, President Biden announced that he would direct the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to make a new âworkplace safetyâ rule: any employer with 100 or more employees must require those employees to be vaccinated or submit to weekly testing.
Today, OSHA released the mandate. Employers will have until January 4 to comply.
Americans have many different opinions about the COVID-19 vaccines, but every American should agree that the Biden administrationâs mandate is a vast and unlawful executive power grab.
Private and religious employers failing to comply could be subject to crippling fines. Eighty million Americans are now affected by the mandate. Maybe even you or your loved ones.
The government threatens the liberties Americansâ hold dear whenever it invents and aggressively enforces new mandates that violate federal law and the Constitution.
We wanted to let you know that Alliance Defending Freedom and Dhillon Law Group filed a federal lawsuit challenging the private-employer mandate on behalf of The Daily Wire. And we need your help to fuel the case.
The Biden administrationâs decision to mandate vaccination through the OSHA rule is unconstitutional, overbroad, and an abusive overreach of federal authority. The rule requires The Daily Wire to intrude on their employeesâ personal health decisions.

Just as President Biden did in ordering the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to illegally issue a moratorium on evictions earlier this year, he is violating the Constitution to achieve a short-term goal.

Americans have already seen their freedoms undermined during the COVID-19 pandemic. The administrationâs flip-flop on a national vaccine mandate is another threat that we cannot allow to stand.
Brazen and unlawful displays of executive power like this mandate destabilize our constitutional form of government. Our system includes checks and balances to safeguard our freedoms and prevent dictatorial rule.
