Breaking: Dow drops 800 points as investors fear global recession

Wall Street sold off sharply on Wednesday, with the Dow dropping more than 800 points, the largest loss since October 2018 as investors feared a recession after the US Treasury yield curve temporarily inverted for the first time in 12 years.
