Nicola Sturgeon places 11 council areas in tier four restrictions

The First Minister made a major announcement today, with confirmation that west of Scotland areas, including Greater Glasgow, Clyde and Lanarkshire, will move from tier three to tier four this Friday as Scotland continue to battle with coronavirus.
